Snap & Grab Turns Photography into the Perfect Crime in This 80s Heist Game

You don’t need a gun when you’ve got a camera, and Snap & Grab proves it.

Revealed during the Day of the Devs showcase, this new heist game puts you in the designer boots of Nifty Nevada, a fashion photographer by day and criminal genius by night. Your job isn’t to sneak in or fight your way out. Instead, you explore each luxurious location with a camera in hand, taking photos of the loot, the guards, the layout… and pretty much everything in-between! Those snapshots then become the blueprint for your crew’s perfect heist.

It’s like building the job before it even starts. If you’re clever with your camera, the execution will play out like a smooth dance. If you miss a shot, though? Expect things to go sideways fast.

I initially wasn’t that thrilled about the starting premise, but the whole planning and execution phase is SUCH an amazing idea it won me over instantly!

The world of Snap & Grab is soaked in 80s flair. Neon lights, retro architecture, and dramatic high fashion make every setting feel like a runway crossed with a vault. It’s stylish, but there’s tension too. An INTERPOL agent is onto you, and every job pushes you closer to getting caught.

This is the latest game from No Goblin, a studio known for strange and creative titles like Roundabout. It’s being published by Annapurna Interactive, who have a reputation for backing bold ideas, and Snap & Grab fits that mold perfectly.

It’s launching in 2026 for PC (Steam and Epic), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. If you’ve ever wanted to pull off the perfect crime with a lens instead of a lockpick, this might be the one to watch.
