If Untitled Goose Game was about being a silly jerk, Big Walk is about being a curious friend. House House is back, and this time, they’ve made a co-op exploration game where the only real challenge is figuring things out… together.
Revealed during the Day of the Devs showcase, Big Walk is an open-world multiplayer game that throws away weapons, power-ups, and skill trees. Instead, it gives you an island and a group of friends, and says, “Talk it out.” Literally.

The game uses proximity voice chat, so your voice fades the farther you are from your teammates. You’ll need to shout across cliffs, whisper in caves, or find ways to communicate when you’re out of earshot. Some puzzles require singing. Others need body language. One might need a flare gun. It all feels like the wildest team-building exercise you’ve ever gone on, mixed with the joy of a long hike through the woods.
The island itself looks like it was pulled from a dream about the Australian wilderness. You’ll pass through forests, rocky paths, strange contraptions, and moments that seem totally optional, like starting a disco party with your friends just because you can. It’s calm, strange, and kind of brilliant.
Big Walk is being published by Panic Inc., and it’s clear they’re giving this project room to breathe. It’s set to launch in 2026 on PC (Steam and Epic) and console platforms. There’s no rush, and that’s kind of the point. Just like in the game, you’ll get there when you get there, as long as you bring some friends along for the walk.
